Shipping and Delivery Policy

We strive for your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not pleased with your order, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at customercare@lavenour.com with the subject "Returns and Replacement," providing details, and we'll promptly assist you.

Our standard shipping partners are EcomExpress | Delhivery | Xpressbees. We try to dispatch all our orders within 24-48 hours in normal business days. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times and it is dependent on the courier partner and location.

Even though we are a website, and we function 24x7, recipient business hours are from 09:00 to 06:00 hours Monday to Saturday. All orders will be prepared and dispatched within 1 working days of placement of order with our preferred carriers. Even though delivery time is stipulated and not in our ultimate control, we expect the customer to receive the ordered product within 3-5 working days post-dispatch. and the timing to be changes from 09:00 to 06:00 hours Monday to Saturday.

In case you received a damaged item:

Drop us an email with your order id, unboxing video and the picture of the damaged product at customercare@lavenour.com or call at 9817550858 within 24 hours of the date of delivery. Our customer care team will help you with your queries and resolve them at the earliest.

In case you want to cancel your order:

You can cancel an order within 2 hours of placing the order and call us at 9817550858 to cancel your order.

Shipping charges on purchase:

1. Standard delivery is free for all Pre-Paid orders above Rs.299/.

2. For COD (Cash-On-Delivery) orders, a flat delivery fee of Rs.50 will be charged additionally.

3. The shipping and handling charges are mentioned at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

4. Once your order has been confirmed and despatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number. We usually dispatch most orders within 24 hours in business days.

5. The estimated delivery time is between 1-5 working days, depending on the delivery address.

6. The estimated delivery time may vary slightly from state to state. Working days are calculated as weekdays, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Sometime delivery may be delayed due to logistics issues.

7. When placing the order, ensure that shipping details are accurate to prevent any delivery delays. If the billing address and shipping address differ, provide all necessary information, including the address, nearby landmarks, the contact person's name, and their phone number, to facilitate a smooth delivery process.
